I chose to look at this website as its a drinking game for students and therefore i thought it would give inspiration for this game we had to do for graphics as i definitely wanted it to be a drinking game , but however i was advised against the drinking game by some people , due to people dying , so i made my game able to play without drink as well .

This one was all about looking at your home environments and how it has made you , who you are today .

Halls is currently where I live at the moment and I have put the bars up in front of the picture of the room to symbolize a prison , but not so much a prison for me more my creative mind , I feel like being in that room with the bathroom inside as well not only does it look like a cell I do feel isolated quite a bit , to the point where I can not be as creative as I wish to be and plus being on campus 24/7 you kind of feel like you cannot get away

The only time anyone’s gets to socialize in the flat is to go kitchen which due to there being no living room that is where you talk which is no good, I feel trapped completely in that place and therefore my creative style cannot be free enough to do the work, the whole second year of my course is struggling because doing work there I feel like I just cannot do it .

My home in Tottenham is where i was brought up and therefore is where i have 

done most of my studies. it’s while being at home drawings, painting etc that i 

realize graphic design is what i wanted to do, i would often be in the kitchen 

talking to my mum while drawing and i would know that i felt at home both 

creatively and personally, i am the kind of person that when I am happy and feel 

safe i can create all sorts of things that normally never would I have thought to. i 

have to be completely relaxed when attempting to do anything creative. 

Another reason why my home in Tottenham is so special to me, is because my 

family live there and they are as important if not more important to my creativity 

because their love and support I what has made me who I am today. And when I 

am home with them I feel I can do anything. 

Even the area make me feel safe to the point where if I have creative block I will step outside my 

house and walk around and see people walking around and I would just feel safe because its my 

home and its where I know best and no matter where I am in the world I will always find my way 

back and will always get homesick . 

I responded to this by making 3 sort of posters of the places i have stayed at and what they mean to me , 

for example with the halls i put bars in front of the picture to symbolize how i feel trapped in the room .

For this project it forced us to look more into our surroundings and what we our selves have with us what is precious to us , and sentimental stuff, Was quite excited about this , because i have loads of things that mean so much to me , which i could talk about .

My idea was to make 9 A4 pages on each one would have something that means alot to me , and a series of pictures in a photo-album style ,i put each page in a plastic wallet and then sewed them together with a string to show that i like to be creative .

When you look into what you actually like you learn so much about yourself.

For this project we had to create a brief and follow it.

I decided to film an interview which was with one of my friends whom is a third year film student and my other friend whom is a graphic design student , and the film student was asking various questions about graphic design and wanting to know how they could help him if he wanted to advertise his film and what font to use etc , so it was an informative interview , which advertises graphics , which is what the above brief says which i made .
In the hand in i have a plastic wallet with the following

For this project we had to work in groups and come up with a game idea then each member of the group will have to create their own version of it.

I found this project a bit nerve wrecking at first because I didn’t have an ideas to contribute but together we all came up with a few.

We decided to do a game involving questions, and we wanted to do a drinking game.

This project it was in two parts 

the first part was to brand yourself and make a badge and without this badge you would not be permitted to come into the studio , and i made a medium square design and stuck it to card , the design was meant to show a shopping bag with a "shh" sign on it to represent that i can be very quiet and i love shopping , and then on the right hand side there was a camera popping out of it representing my love for photography , and one the top left hand corner there was a set of pencils showing that i love to draw .

We had to also do the same thing but for another person in the class without telling them , i chose my friend Erica Bayliss and to make this i had to ask her some questions which she answered i did this Via facebook .

I then used the answers she gave me to design a badge on her , it was relatively simple , and the main focus is she loves the gym so i showed a person with =weights to represent that and then she said she loves sci-fi and i got a space planet thing to show that and a smiley face to show how happy she is , they are more like isotopes as i feel it communicates things better .

The second part of this project is to come up with an ORIGINAL idea , something that has been purly thought out by you .

with this i did struggle as everything i cam up with was already done at some point in some part of the world .

With this project i was very stuck , not really knowing what to think of so i started with what i used the most , my Mac and my Iphone , so i though i should combined the two they are both apple products so why not have a docking station connected to the mac in someway in case people loose the leads as i do many times that way its all in one , use you can work with your iPhone steady attached to the mac .

Quotes / Poster

 Neil Bohr was a danish physicist , from what i have found out he has a very colourful personality Hence why i have used the words of the quote in my poster in different colour letters , He also is very scientific , i made the letters of the quote in shape of a pie sign , which is maths but maths goes into science and he was good at that so i related that to the poster , and so the colours showed up i initially done it on a black background , but on the actual tshirt design i did it on a white background to match the white tshirt .

The second idea i did the words of the quote in a circle mainly to represent how confused i as with the actual project , going round on circles so to speak .

For this project we had to do a variety of things , make a typo poster on the quote that was given to us , and then , make a T-shirt design and then make a bill-board mock up and do a 2 paragraph piece of research on the artist and the quite etc .
